Our Pastors
In 2001, Wayne and Hazel planted a grass roots church in a barren place teaching and preaching to the poor, brokenhearted, captives and oppressed; empowering them to overcome adversity by acting on God’s word.
After eleven and a half years of ministry in that area, the Lord gave them a new direction; to rebrand, rename and relocate the ministry and as a result, Restart Church emerged in 2019.
Going forward, Wayne and Hazel will continue to serve people as they purposefully minister to the hearts of others, thereby seeing new beginnings as the Lord restarts lives.
Our Beliefs
Restart Church Inc. will adhere to these beliefs:
- We believe the Bible is the accurate written word of God.
Timothy 3:16 - We believe in one God in three persons-the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
1 John 5:7 - We believe all have sinned and short of the expectations of God and are in need of saving from sin, which has been provided for everyone through Jesus Christ.
Romans 3:23-26 - We believe that being filled with the Holy Spirit is an experience following Salvation and it is the plan of God that all be saved and filled with the Holy Spirit.
Acts 8:14-17;
Acts 19:4-6 - We believe healing is provided in the finished work of Christ on the cross and is available to every believer.
James 5:14-16;
1 Peter 2:24 - We believe the church consist of all those who received Jesus Christ as their Savior. We believe in water baptism and the celebration of the Lord’s Supper.
Matthew 3:13;
1 Corinthians 11:23-26 - We believe in the personal, visible, imminent return of Jesus Christ.
